'Western Solstice Pathfinder' requires Eastern Solstice locations?

According to the achievements details, locations in the yet to be released and differently named zone 'Eastern Solstice' are necessary to finish this achievement. Is this a bug or is the name given just misleading?

✭✭✭✭The achievement description does say Western and Eastern, but all other achievements are Western Solstice only. As it stands it cannot be completed for ~6 months when Eastern solstice becomes accessible.
It seems like an oversight, given its inconsistency with other Western only achievements.2 -
