The Dragonguard Operative achievement that makes the Dragonguard Supply Chest available is a per character achievement. So far I have this done achievement on three characters, and if I loot the chest with one of them, it becomes inactive on others and that's not right.
Either make the achievement account wide, or make it so that every character on account with access to the chest can loot it
