Hitboxes since update

I've noticed an issue with mob hitboxes since the update. Using the below image as an example of placement/postioning:
If I pan to the right, so that the reticle is over the Titan in the background and press taunt, despite the reticle regiserting that I am over the far Titan, taunt will land on the near Titan.
Note 1: This does not always happen, and seems to be intermittent.
Note 2: I have a massive amount of experience tanking and was never seeing this happen before U46.
I have seen this happening in old and new content. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

RandomKodiak✭✭✭✭✭Yeah not just taunt either, stampede is my biggest issue but happens on other skills as well. Seem like the targeting has gone a bit nutso.
