Chimera's Rebuke restoring wrong resource in werewolf form

Up until sometime last year, Chimera's Rebuke worked nicely on werewolves, as it would restore the resource relevant to the weapon equipped. However, sometime last year it changed/broke and now only ever restores magicka while the user is in werewolf form.
@ZOS_Kevin is this a known issue? We have reported it through the in-game bug reports.

Darth_LucSky✭✭Can confirm this is still happening after U46. I opened an ingame ticket in hopes that ZOS adresses this.
Here are some screenshots showing the issue:
(My friends CMX parse showing Magicka being recovered by the Chimera procs)
(These are the CMX parses from the same pull showing me wearing Chimera, and my Heavy Attacks restoring Stamina)
