What scribing skills are useful for healers in PVE
[PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Semi-retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore. Honestly, unless you are an arcanist, the healing burst (soul magic) is a great skill to use. Throw on minor courage and you don't need to be an arcanist or use set bonuses to provide the group with minor courage.
I also use the torch one that sweeps 3 times to give ult with each swing.
You can make some decent heal/utility skills with Ufsilid's contingency as well.
Mender's bond is only okay. I've not made any great skills with that script.
If you only have skill lines without a single-target heal available (like Green Balance, or DK's is sort of janky to use), Wield Soul is super nice with Damage Shield/Heal, heal-over-time, and Major Vitality for a huge heal burst that buffs healing received. If you already have a burst heal, then the damage shield option with Major Vitality can come in handy for a big healing buff.
