Can't redeem 10-Year Anniversary Monkey in-game pet

I've been trying multiple times redeeming the 10-Year Anniversary Monkey in-game pet, but it always give the a "code invalid" message. When trying to contact support about this issue, I can't pass "code error" as the support page resets every time. This is extremely annoying as I can't report this issue to support.
