hooded figure is gone

The hooded figure that is supposed to start you in the main quest is completely gone. I have visited all the starting alliance zones and she does not appear anywhere. Was this part of the tutorial reversion?

Yes. And about time.

Although originally, the Prophet appeared after the Coldharbour prison break beginning to invite you to serial shennanigans in the Harbourage.

The hooded figure was added much later to act as a very weak narrative link to the original Coldharbour prison break because zos had forced the new start to whatever new zone was last released.

If we have a character who was created before the tutorial was reverted, how do we start the Main Quest?

Ahh okay, thanks. I wasn't sure if my game was broken or something. So we just talk to the prophet now in our starting alliance zones, like we did way back when?
