BG U46 - what happened ?

hi.
Ok I'm cp2700+ and veteran of pvp, and for some time now I've been playing BGs.
I mainly doing random 4vs4.
I don't know about MMR but before the U46 I played with players who had a certain decent combat skill, and the games were fun, honestly.

BUT.
since U46 I don't know what happened but it looks like MMR doesn't exist anymore. Every day is mixed up and we really have everything. this is a real mess.

Now I'm seeing low CP players, which never happened before.

The problem is that these players are literally being exterminated, and I'm not sure they're enjoying it.
I've even seen some of them quit the game.

I don't understand why ZOS you mixed everyone up?
Don't tell me my "mmr" has dropped. Even though it was reset in the update, I think I've gained enough points, and my K/D ratio is largely favorable.

Its since they introduced the new BGs.

The theory is that MMR is supposed to reset. I don't remember if it was monthly or quarterly, but the new version of BGs is supposed to reset MMR way faster than they used to... which it didn't decay at all previously.

Now many people have been discussing how that system works (i.e. if you're a bad player and just luck into good groups, then suddenly you're stuck in the high tier and get smoked every match, vs. the idea of new players getting smoked once a month until the MMR resorts itself), but one of the other problems is also the very low population who goes into BGs as well, which makes any MMR issues even more evident.

I think also there might not be as many players engaged in battlegrounds as so many are focused on subclass progression.

MMR is meaningless when there are only enough players in the queue for a single BG match.
(17k health each? The tank meta rules supreme!).

How long will it take to be able to play without a thorn in my side?

I even ignored a dude for several days and despite this, the game forces me to play with him in my group. At least put him in the opposing group? This is crazy.

plus the game makes me join groups that are losing and where one or more players have left. It can happen once but when it's 2 or 3 in a row, honestly the ESO experience is not very good
