Thieves troves not glowing, or at least just barely noticeably glowing. Intended?

I've noticed that since U46 dropped that thieves troves essentially don't glow anymore. Lore books glow brighter now.
Is this intended or a bug? If it's a bug I'll report the issue. It it's intended then I'd like to voice my complaint about the change.
