compensation due to playtime lost on eso plus due to new freeze on character select bug?

so since the last update there have been several people who experience crashing or freezing trying to load into the world after selecting character.
this is not user error, this is not the players fault, this is due to a bug in the most recent patch. people who have eso plus and have this issue should be compensated.

krayphysh✭✭✭I've been thinking about this as well. If I choose not to play and miss out on rewards and my plus sub, that's on me. I haven't been able to play in days, and that's on you! I'd like time added to my plus sub to compensate for not being able to load the game 95% of the time. After a series of hard reboots, if I get lucky enough to get a character loaded, it will certainly crash within a few loading screens. I even reinstalled windows hoping it would help, but ultimately I wasted a ton of time. CPU is running at 100%. I tried running the suggested app to help with that but it's really not making a difference. This is horrible.0 -
Nocturne Saint✭✭✭I subbed may 28th and have been unable to play a stable game since then. crash on loading into character, and when i can get in, i have unstable and incredible lag. i think the people who have been unable to play should get a months time to compensate, and it seems that the issue is not getting fixed any time soon.Edited by Nocturne Saint on June 18, 2025 11:52PM1
