Furniture Vault
Is anyone else experiencing the problem of not been able to store or retrieve items in the furniture vault. I have placed the vault but when I go to use there are options shown and my game just hangs causing me to reload the UI every time I interact with it.

In my case there were several addons causing this behavior and I'll wait a few days in hope the addon creators manage to solve it because I not familiar with LUA programming language.give a man a fish and he will be happy for a day. give him a video game and he will be happy for months, maybe even years0 -

this is what I'm experiencing when I try to interact with my furnishing vault. I can't access my furnishings stored there. I have to quit the game using ctrl+alt+canc to go ahead. Nothing is possible after that bug. Terrible !!!!!!!!!!! please fix it
AND: don't tell to disable addons, beacause addons are there to be used by players in this game !!!

That looks like the error I got from the AutoCategory addon. Disable it to be able to use the new vault,. Or manually make the code fix suggested in ESOUI. Or wait a few days and hope the author updates the addon.

If you choose to use addons, and if the addons you've chosen to use are causing issues with the game, then IMHO that is not on ZOS, but is squarely on you and the authors of the addons. Addon authors should thoroughly test their addons on the PTS before a major update goes live, so they can find and fix any issues with their addons. And players who choose to use addons should update all of their addons after a major update goes live, and if they've done that but still experience issues then they should disable all of their addons to see if the issue goes away, then reenable their addons one by one-- or in batches of a few at a time if they've got a lot of addons-- to see if they can determine which addon is causing problems.
It's exactly the same with single-player TES games that have been out for years-- players who choose to use third-party mods and addons with those games should not blame Bethesda if all of those mods and addons cause problems with the game, and it's on them to try to figure out what's causing the problem and look for a solution.
If ZOS wants to allow the development and use of third-party addons with ESO, that is a commendable decision and is much appreciated by the players who enjoy using addons (of whom I am not one, but that's just my own preference). But that does not put any responsibility on ZOS to test every third-party addon that's out there, or make changes to their changes if some random addon can't handle the changes and the author isn't even maintaining their addons any more. The responsibility lies squarely on the shoulders of the addon authors and the players who choose to use those addons.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!2 -
