Do new Monster Set items get added to Cyrodill Weekly Gold Vendor?

Just curious. There have been several new dungeons yet I have not noticed any new monster helms or shoulders in the weekly golden vendor in Cyrodill for a while now. Do they ALL get added and rotate over time and we just haven't gotten to them in the rotation or are the new ones not added? It's been a few months since I saw anything I do not have hence the ask.

It normally takes some time for new dungeon monster sets to be added to the Golden Vendor. I have yet to see The Blind helm to be added and its been over a year since that DLC release

There was a refresh a year or two(?) ago that added things like Zaan helm but I don't think it's been regular in the past, certainly.

That's about what I had thought. I've been looking for a healing monster set to hit the vendor for a very long time now. I forget the name as I'm not home, but it has been a long time since anything has been in there that I don't have and I rarely run dungeons unless someone needs help.

I’ve been keeping track and there are now 5 different helms that cannot be obtained from the Golden.
