Oblivion_Protocol✭✭✭✭✭Well, the devs did see it. According to Gina, Blastbones not summoning is intended, because they can “count against the pet cap”. The unintended part is the animation firing off when the skill doesn’t do anything. They’ll be fixing that in U47 (the animation issue, not the summoning issue).
So, yeah. Necro’s dead, and not in the traditional sense for Necromancers.6 -

As for what exactly happened, they are still trying to disentangle the spaghetti code.0
