Wanted to go into a dungeon as a Tank, so into Armoury station load in my Tank, Not a problem, just like always. But now I have no Subclassing, and to get it back will cost 1500 Gold... Bit of a disappointment here

it should have been made CLEAR that if you reverted to an alternative build then you would loose what you had done, and PAY to get it back...
YOU ARE MISSING THE OVERALL POINT though, people Bought Slots, I know of one person with over 8 Armoury Slots, they have specific Builds for Specific JOB's , Now unless they KNOW about the fact they have to buy another BEFORE changing, it either renders this update irrelevant or the Armoury station irrelevant .. OR ZOS Could have Given Everyone an Armoury slot to be used with this!!!!
You are digging out blind to alter the Viewpoint, "No NO NO its not the update, its the user at fault!!!!", where as I came on to Give the Warning about the problem, not to assign Blame or Fault, Simply to notify folks of the existence of the problem, Forewarned is Forearmed!!
I have never had any scribed skill Scrapped via the Armoury Station, so Do not know about that.. I learned them , used / did not use, they are simply there if needed

There have been a lot of angry rants about the update. I think this one is my favourite. The random punctuation! and CAPITALIZATION really does it for me.

i don't swap out morphs, do not reset skills, my vampire and my werewolf were bitten by NPC's Not paid for, neither cured, Nothing confusing about swapping skills...
IN the armoury it does not cost to put skills back, they are there, you simply put them back on again, if you wish.
except with this guff you simply cannot put them back, unless you pay. No matter the cost, that's the point. You should simply be able to put them back... After all , As You Said, "You don't lose any of the progress you make levelling up the sub classing skill lines remains account wide,"
In my opinion the game is working consistently, not saying I agree with it, but paying gold to readd subclasses where you havent saved them to the armory fits how it works with everything else, attributes, skills and morphs all work this way when not saved to the armory.
