PC EU - Patch Notes and Ingame difference

Currently the patch notes and the game are conflicting on the new sets. Harmony in Chaos in latest patch notes say 15s duration, ingame its still 10s. similar issues with Kazpians (damage increase does not have a duration), and recovery convergence (ingame has cooldown, none in patch notes). Which version is supposed to be correct?

    Is the patch notes the correct version? Or ingame. Bc honestly the patch notes version seems a lot more appealing in terms of making these sets somewhat viable.
