Rivenspear Quest Error

Hello everyone. Please help me, I have completed the story quest line in the city of Shornhelm in Rivenspear. They don't give me the story quest anymore. What should I do? It seems to me. I found a bug, I've already run everywhere, there are no quests.

AweBiTr✭✭I solved the problem. I had 3 "Prologue" quests. With Jakarn, Gwendis and some other one. I refused all the prologue quests. And I got a story quest further. I didn't have a quest from King Emerik. It only appeared after I refused the prologue quests.
