Game crashes when Process Explorer from Microsoft's SysInternals is running
I consider it to be a misconconfiguration or something set up by a person who does not know what Process Explorer is. In any case, no one else cares but ESO (for the games I play) and don't play as much ESO on PC while I wait for them to wake up.

Agreed, I've played more than 200 games since early 200x (when I started using Process Explorer), and there was ~10+ mmos and tens of other online games, and not a single game who could trigger on Process Explorer once. Eve Online don't care, Blizzard don't care, nobody cares BUT TESO (which I'm playing since 2017).
For ones who is curious how to make it working back:
1. rename procexp64.exe to anything else like "sekjhfskh.exe"
2. download and run program "Resource Hacker", open sekjhfskh.exe and keep searching for text "www.sysint" - where it finds it (except BINRES folder) change the quoted text to any text (it's app header name). Also there is "Version Info" folder - change here all values contains words sysinternals/process explorer/version to any names/numbers you like. then recompile these folders and save that exe file. After you run it there should be no more old name in the app header
3. use any exe packer for windows (like upx) and just put your sekjhfskh.exe to it's folder and simple run in console "upx sekjhfskh.exe" - and you will get repacked version.
