There’s three sets of ordinator armor you can choose from. There’s a set of three costumes, regular ESO Ordinator, and Morrowind-style Ordinator.

As for being an Ordinator spellsword, I haven’t played Morrowind so I don’t know what spells exactly Ordinators use. UESP doesn’t show either aside from “destruction”.
I’d suggest playing stamina with sword(s) or mace(s) and whatever class fits best with the flavor of destruction magic Ordinators use.
