    As far as I've experienced there are no such bugs. Probably it's just that as you keep fast moving out of the boss's hitting range its visual animation and its actual action might get desync? Could you provide more details as for which specific boss in which dungeon etc.?

    All holds except FG2, Icestalker and Nerieneth listed here can be broken by Precognition.

    Blackheart and I believe RoM too, the mechanics that remove your skills do not work on Werewolves. Wolves will be turned into goats in Red Petal.

    Dranos Velador can be self-bashed with well timed Leashing Burst (Soul Burst + Pull + whatever + Interrupt), as the interrupt has 2s delay.

    No, still FG2. First you kill the sword dude, then skip to the spider boss that would be the last boss in FG1. In FG2 it sends one player to the cave to kill some spiders. If you solo and end up there, the fight resets. You need to avoid the sending to the cave. That is doable, but really, really difficult. But if you do it right, you need to do it only once because you break the mechanic and it won't happen again. Not sure if the cave mechanic happens in nFG2, never solo'd it in normal.

    According to my most recent experience, it does not reset. Probably because my companion would remain outside? What's more, if this reset be true, then I would assume that in any other player-made group if the 3 players outside died, the fight should also reset. I don't think this would happen for player group, then similarly nor should it happen while solo.

    Could be. I don't use a companion.

    I think that snare mechanics are fine since lots of people figure out how they can be defeated (so fun for some people). On the other hand, I think all lever/plate mechanics should be soli friendly because I doubt a lot of people (but not all) have fun standing on a plate.
