The game resets to Fullscreen every time I start it

I have multiple screens so I like to have it on windowed full, but every day it goes back to Full Fullscreen, why is that?
Is there any way to stop it from doing that?

I had my Nvidia optimize my game and Nvidia‘s settings kept overwriting game settings.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭The same thing happened to me for 2 days then just stopped. I never did figure out what caused or fixed it.
