Getting run-around login

Used my password and got a supposed code that never showed in my email but instead a request for reset my password. Tried three times and still asking for reset of password, so I reset my password and tried to login the game. Well requested that I put a code in AGAIN and it sent a link to my email to ask me to reset my password AGAIN. What now? I can`t play the game because it will not send a code but a password reset.
