Unable to dye Companion Outfits

PC - Costume doesn't appear when at the Outfit station and while the companion is wearing a costume so you're unable to dye their outfit. This happens both when using mouse/keyboard and controller. Both my spouse and I are seeing this. Separate computers. Separate accounts.

✭✭✭At the outfit station pick Companion(top right second line)
Then pick directly above that Costume.
Your companion's costume dye channels will then appear on the left.
Edit:- To add picture. see top right the two white selected choices and dye channels on left.

Do you have the Companion active when you go to the Outfit station?
Did you choose Companon and Costume at the upper right corner of the screen, as @freespirit showed in his screenshot?
