Antiquarian Alpine Gallery ever to return?

This house launched when I was still new to the game and utterly clueless about housing. And according to UESP, it's only ever returned once.
I know people complain about the house not having enough slots, and I've sworn off buying new homes more times than I can count, but...
Waterfall. Nature.
Only 7000 crowns!
It's a place of possibilities. I hope it still comes back!
Slightly worried about that now that we've a new house called Gallery – also in Skyrim, and also free! On that note, I am very happy we're getting the Grand Gallery... but that's no reason not to reintroduce the less grand gallery, right
