Focus Script: Shock Damage drop?

Where all does this drop from. I just found it in my inventory, and I haven't been doing any of the activities that are said to drop it. I know I didn't get it at the time I was doing them (the rewards for the worthy) because I have cleaned my inventory several times since then.
I am pretty sure it showed up today, either from a drop in Clockwork city, or from one of the hidden treasure bags you get from chests when you have companions out. (I currently have Sharp out).
Just wondering if this is intended, did I just completely manage to forget getting it (really doubtful, since it was a couple of weeks at least since I did any PVP, which would be during the golden pursuit/vengence campaign test), or did it come from a completely different place? (I did not buy it. Not only does TTC and MM say it is way too expensive for me to ever buy it, but I don't have access to scribing, so I have no use for it)

r3turn2s3nd3r✭✭✭✭There is a small chance for scripts to drop from sources other than their guaranteed drop activities (i.e. killing a trash mob, from incursion loot, etc).
If it's bound then you got it from the activity that it's guaranteed to drop from, if it's unbound and you can sell it, it dropped as a random chance from something else.0 -

I had several and quickly opened them and *thought* I saw something that I didn't expect, but I had quickly hit the take all key and didn't double check.0

Haven't done any of those.
I wasn't doing any dailies, including writs, just running around Clockwork city opening chests to try to fill my stickerbook with pieces I needed.0
