Reviving this thread because these Apocrypha fossils are still not at the vendor, along with several West Weald antiquities (this thread: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/662366/colovian-antiquity-furniture-is-missing-buyable-gold-option-from-furniture-npc-in-skingrad)
