Apocrypha Fossil, Worm antiquity dig sites are on Telvanni Peninsula, not in Apocrypha

Reviving this thread because these Apocrypha fossils are still not at the vendor, along with several West Weald antiquities (this thread: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/662366/colovian-antiquity-furniture-is-missing-buyable-gold-option-from-furniture-npc-in-skingrad)
