This is a specially selected angle so that the camera is inside the crow (a gold road pre-order pet). So the screenshot shows something like a heart inside a crow.

My idea would be that there maybe (I can't fully remember) was some ghost crow (or something like that) in a quest, that was translucent, so you could see the inside? And with the crow pets, they might have just kept the model that way, even if the inside isn't normally visible anymore.
