How do these impact damage calculations?
For Deadly Strike and Tide-Born Wildstalker, what exactly is the % more modifier doing? Is it raising the base tooltip value by that amount, raising the weapon/spell damage at the time of calculation by that amount, or is it just do the normal calculation and adding that % to it at the end?
