Will The Console content be the same as the PCs Content?

Hello! I was wondering, Will All of the new content coming out for ESO on PC be the same as the consoles new content like Trials, Craglorn ECT, Or will it all be different? Thanks

Only real difference is no mod on consoles however I guess that lots of stuff from popular and well thought off mods will come as options in game.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
