When one character in an account has completed the prologue, are other characters able to find soul reapers without also completing the prologue?

✭✭✭✭✭Do they even appear at all? I think they were supposed to replace these small daedric incursions when suddenly a bunch of daedra appear with a lightning effect at random overland locations? The thing is, I've only seen two of these lately (on my main who has finished the prologue): One was clearly completely bugged (daedra appeared and disappeared again several times within a few seconds - and there was no soul reaper, so this was probably supposed to be the old thing), the other one was the old one, completely normally.

So, yes, they appear on alts, it is not actually tied to prologue.
And yes, rarely encountering it is a thing, as they are currently broken completely, and only spawn briefly for few hours every patch or server reboot, then re-break usually before noon time if reboot happened at 8AM.
ZOS has famously been completely silent an not even the usual “thanks for flagging” has been offered. Complete silence.Edited by Grega on April 25, 2025 8:08PM2 -
BergisMacBride✭✭✭✭✭Unironically, ZOS has posted patch and hotfix notes this week and last related to these mini incursions (NOT fixing them appearing but for other things unrelated) and they seem blissfully unaware that these are currently so broken on live.
I’m sure they’ll get them fixed in time for the June content update. Or not.0 -
