Boss Spawning Timers.

I have been travelling around several public dungeons with a friend in both Ebonheart and Cyrodiil which have multiple boss spawns trying to earn the achievements.
I was wondering if anyone knows the exact spawn conditions of timers for these bosses? We've camped some for almost an hour before finally seeing a boss spawn.

From what I've observed, it seems kind of like they are all different. Some of them respawn almost before I'm done looting the previous spawn, some take several minutes or more, and I've eventually just given up and left after waiting for others.1
