Soul Reapers won't spawn XboxNA

I've been around every where searching for these new encounters, none found. I have only seen the original dark fissures or "mini dolems" from base game. Don't know if both can spawn, but if not, it looks to be bugged and cannot spawn the soul reapers.

I have several toons parked on fissures and not one aoul reaper device. Yes I did the quest

100+ Dark Fissure spawns - 0 Soul Reaper events. Others are reporting the same, some are getting them but only briefly then they stop.

I began catching up on some surveys over the weekend and saw one when a dark fissure spawned. Since then I've been all over base game Tamriel doing around 40-50 surveys and treasure maps. I have not encountered any since. I'm on Xbox NA.

They’re bugged on all platforms. Work for 1 day or so on all platforms just after maintenance and then wig out.

Crickets from ZOS. Might get addressed and fixed, might not. If you want the achievement and skill style my best suggestion is to farm them non stop on the day of maintenance just after it completes.
