Crown pack sale not available anymore and login page unavailable?

In the post about crown packs (https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/67885) it says that crowns would be on sale today: "In addition to the sale on the base game, from April 14-21 you can save on select Crown Packs, too."

Since it was a busy week at work and with the easter weekend I didn't really have the time to check the store before today, but now I am looking at it aiming to buy some crown packs and they aren't on a discount anymore. This is weird since it is still 21 april in Europa, which means it is defenitely 21 april in the USA. How does it come the sale is off before the announced end day?

Also, the account login page on the website is unavailable. Whether I want to login to buy crowns or login to submit a support request, I end up with a empty background page. This result happens on three PC browsers and one mobile browser.

Does anyone know what is going on with the crown sales and/or the login page? @ZOS_Kevin can you maybe look into it? Thanks in advance for any advice.

The crown sale was until 17:00 CET. It was cleary displayed on the ESO store pages, Steam and Epic Store. It also had a countdown timer on the the announcement page in the game itself. (xxH xxM remaining)

U have to wait until the next one since you were too late. U had 7 days.

The account page works fine here so check your network or firewall or use 4G to test.

These things often end at the same time events, crown store etc are updated, which is 14:00 UTC.
Which is a very weird time to end things, since it's early afternoon for Europe.

No it is normal. Games usually release here on Steam also around 18H00 and also sales start and end around that time. Pretty standard.

Well as I said, it was a busy week, I wasn't in the store yet. So yes seven days, but with less work days and a family holiday for most? The main post stated 21 april, that's what it is now, hence why I asked. Who is U btw? Do you know?

Thanks, I didn't know this. Not that I really had time to sit down this week and in the hurry I read it as whole 21 april as a sale day. A lesson for the next time to not count the last day as a day. Thanks for your reply.

I was a bit triggered by the 7 days after a busy week, no hard feelings ;)

    Haha, no worries.

Last year there was a sale in April, one during QuakeCon in August and one during the holidays in December. So make sure you don't miss the next one.

Been there. When something ends you do expect it to be throughout the day at least.

Steam is not everything, most other things usually have things like these end at 23:59. But that wouldn't work since ZOS uses the same times for both the NA and EU server.
