Need help installing ESO on a new computer

I'm already an ESO Plus member, and I've already paid for the game. But my old computer recently had a HDD crash, and the game had been loaded there. I've ordered a new computer, and would like to install ESO on it, but I don't want to have to pay all the money again for what I have already bought. How can I download ESO and all the content that I've paid for to my new computer? I'd like a walk-through for that.

Everybody is downloading the same client. What you have paid for is linked to your account. As long as you know your username & password all is good.
To download the client you click on "Account" in the menu above and login with your username & password. There is a big "Download" button on the right side.
