Crimson Oath Rive bug?
Couple weeks back I was in a raid where I noticed only a small number of Crimson Oath procs, looking into it I discovered Contingency did not proc the set, decided to test nearly all abilities apart from restoration staff, found a few others that failed to proc such as Smash misbehaving, Torch not procing. Hopefully the video I created show this off well enough.

✭✭✭✭✭I don’t know about torch but for smash, the trial dummy already gives you minor berserk I think. The thing with crimson oath is you can’t proc it if you already have that buff for longer. Ive run into that problem when trying to use a major resolve skill to proc it but not being able to because of the warden healer’s frost cloak having more time on the major resolve.[PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Semi-retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore.
