Deserter Penalty of an hour?!

I hope this is a bug, 'cause if this now what happens when you end up in a bad group and need to leave to have fun, group content is no longer an option for me.

I saw this at the other post also. Honestly say, ZOS should remove those penalty.
Because, we have armory system and guild people, and also have grouping tools.

So...

"Bad role cheater" is self responsibility. Not fair player's problem.

My CP 2300 real tank is tough enough, so can handle most of
normal dungeon boss by solo, but it's impossible for CP below 300 players
without real tank and real healer in the DLC dungeon

If I find no taunt fake tank (or bad, fake healer) at the first mob fight "Exiled redoubt",
It's a good-bye timing. If fake tank complain against real healer in Vet dungeon,
then it's a out of problem.

We can find out fake role cheater at the initial moment of dungeon or trial.
There're no reason to play with those people more than 10 min.
