Error in the Steam ESO PLUS Sale?

So, I went to check the terms of the Sale and this is objectively wrong, isn’t it? I’m a Steam player, my game is through Steam, and the sale doesn’t apply to me. I even tried subscribing to see if the correct price would show up at checkout, but it still showed R$54,90. Steam charged me the full price for ESO Plus.

Yeah, the same happened to me.
I've been wanting to resubscribe for a while and this offer seemed like the perfect moment for that. I trusted the post saying all steam players could access the sale, but even without an active subscription I was still charged the full price0 -

We are aware that some Steam users are having trouble opting in to the discount price. We have escalated this to Valve and will hopefully provide an update on Monday. It was poorly rolled out, I saw the price and waited until I got confirmation or it was fixed... hopefully they can do something for those that paid the full price and thought it was on sale.
