Fortifying banner animation multiplied

The animation ring around me doubles and sometimes triples making it hard to see. You put the banner away and it stays there. It is right in your line of site and it gets harder to see at night when it is dark and you have this this glowing ring around you. Sometimes it is the bottom, both, or just the top one.
