I never noticed and have been playing ESO for years that running random Dungeons the EXP bonus each runs goes higher and higher... Has it always been like that?

It's my experience that the first random of the day gives a big XP bonus (~105k at cp160+) and after that you get something like 30k. Never seen it go up.
(Although if you're under level 50 you'll get more on levelling up ie a level 40 will get more xp than a level 35)

I started a new character for Sub Classing and ever time i run random Dungeon the Standard daily reward goes up around 4k exp per run. I am level 41 so maybe it will stop at 50. Thank you for pointing that out.

The exp reward is probably dependent on your level, so it's not diminishing returns as you go. So as you gain levels, that's why the exp amount will also increase.

It's not really getting higher, rather, it is 'refilling'.

Each day you can do a Random Daily Dungeon for a maximum bonus. After you finish, the xp is reset to a base value and slowly works it's way back up to the maximum value over the course of the day.

Are you sure? I've never saw anything else than the 30k XP after the first dungeon.

I am pretty sure it stays at around 30k and the full 105k XP just refresh on the daily reset timer.

That's how it was last time I did dungeons regularly, which admittedly was a couple years ago now. I don't have the game currently installed so I can't even test it. It's not fast and it doesn't refresh the UI live. You have to leave the Dungeon Finder menu and come back a few minutes later to see the updated XP.

Note you can do random dungeons on multiple alts for the 100 K XP for all of them.
But second run is 40K xp if above cp 160, if level 10, next run will probably be level 15 and you get xp from the dungeon quest.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I believe this is the correct answer. It is consistent with my experience.

I think what you may be observing is Enlightenment:
    UESP wrote:
While you are Enlightened, experience gain is multiplied by four, effectively reducing the required XP for one Champion Point to a quarter of its original value. Once per day, you receive 400,000 XP of Enlightenment; after your Enlightenment is used up, you will return to requiring the standard amount of XP to earn a Champion Point. Enlightenment accumulates in a pool with a cap of 4,800,000 XP after twelve days. Each single experience point earned through normal gameplay expends four of the stored points in the Enlightenment pool; killing an enemy usually worth 76 XP will give you 304 XP, while completing a standard Level 50 quest will reward you with 29940 XP instead of 7485 XP.

Note that only Level 50 characters can be Enlightened, and the Enlightenment pool is shared across all Level 50 characters on your account.

That's a good point. I haven't burned through an entire backlog of enlightenment in so long I probably have it just near maxed at all times.
