Major Crash issue

So when I try to load into the game, past the character select screen my whole computer crashes.
This isnt the first time this has happened, it happened 2-3 months ago after a windows update. Uninstalled the update and it was fixed.
And now its back again after another update. I would like a more permanent solution this time, as I've spend the last 3 hours troubleshooting.
So far I've tried:
- Removing addons (that seemed to be the problem as I got in for 2 minute before crashing trying to port to a new area)
- Fresh install the game twice
- Reinstalled through Steam
- Reverted updates back a month
Extra Notes
- Temps are fine on my rig
- My laptop runs the game fine as far as I can tell
- Event Viewer doesn't give me much more than "unexpected crash" in the logs
Please PLEASE tell me this isnt my main rig dying on me
