Lock Armory Builds

Is there a way (setting or addon) to lock armory builds? The E (equip) and R (save) and my fat fingered typing have caused issues when I'm quickly switching builds (entering a dungeon, etc) ... maybe I can change keybinds if there isnt a lock option.
