Oh, I totally understand that point but so far as I can tell the way that they have it set-up is optional. I play on PC but use a controller. It is just more comfortable for me, but for your situation I understand this is not desirable. I don't think something cosmetic which can already be attached to a wheel being dedicated to a new wheel is unviable but maybe you have a reason I do not know of?

It doesn't default to optional. I had to go into Controls and remove the left and right mouse buttons to stop it from changing wheels when I used these buttons during combat. It also doesn't remove these wheels at all, and if I open Companions from the collections tab it opens a companion wheel and tries to get me to place companions in it.
I want a way to completely disable all but the original wheel so I never see them anywhere.

On PS there is a way to place things like that on the main wheel, I think it was hold square button or something like that and it brought up the main quick slot wheel.
