✭✭Markarth isn't a chapter, its a DLC. Premium opens all the chapters - Summerset, Elsweyr, Greymoor, Blackwood, High Isle, Necrom, Gold road plus base game/SummersetSoupy twist2 -

I didn't find any "all previous contents" on the purchase page.
It says:
“Get the 2025 Premium Edition to access all major story content and quests found across Tamriel. Includes the Base Game, 2025 Content Pass, and all eight previous Chapters. Purchase before May 7, 2025 to get immediate access to the new Mages Guild Recall customized action in addition to a new mount, pet and emote pack. Bonus rewards will unlock when Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 launches in June.”

I was sure that the Premium 2025 has all the DLC's in it but it doesn't, so I cancelled my purchase. For the same money I can easily buy all the missing DLC's on my account now that I got the refund.
It was my mistake buying the wrong content.
