4k Resolution doesnt apply ingame.

Hello,
Iv'e tryed it on windows 11 & 10, when i start the game and set the resolution to 4k, 3840 x 2160 it looks like it doesnt apply the good resolution.
Game still looks verry blurry and low res. Ive tryed changing it to windows mode, full screen, the text file to read only, tryed it to apply it trough the nvidia app, but nothing works.
Previously i havent had thise issue, so i know the image should be way more clear then what i have now.
So what can i do?
Ive even installed windows again but that didnt help eigther.
I'm playing on amd 5600x, with 4080 from nvidia, on a 4k resolution.
