As per ESO_Kevin's pinned post "we assure you that there are plenty of monkey pets available for everyone, so if you encounter any issues redeeming the code via the website, don't panic! The code is good until June 20, 2025, and you won't miss out on the pet if you redeem the code tomorrow or even next week."

Will sub-classing be locked behind the season pass?

No. It's a base game feature.

Do ESO+ folks get any deals on the season?

Rich just hinted (on the after-show) that there is something coming for ESO+ players if we stick around to end of the show. Not sure what that means but he was smiling slyly when he said it so assuming it's good whatever it is.

Hero's Return : something ZOS is building to help returning players get back up to speed with systems, new features, UI changes, etc.

Some already out: like increased mundus visibility, etc.

Will be a short experience that will remind players about combat, special login rewards, show players what's new since they left. Will be on PTS next week. Will only be available to returning players (I guess they check the date you last logged in).

To be clear, on PTS will be available to everyone. On live, only to returning players.

There will be more ZOS engagement with players:

    - more surveys
    - more feedback threads
    - more Q&A
    - etc.

She's ESO's executive producer. I don't think she's been on a livestream before, so maybe she's fairly new.

    Subclassing:
    • Allows the player to swap class skill lines with other skill lines.
    • There will be restrictions!
    • Available to all players. You don't need the content pass to get this.
    • You have to hit level 50 ONCE on your entire account to use subclassing.
    • Will unlock via a quest.
    • Have to complete the SHORT quest on any character that you want to use subclassing for
    • Two ways to access skill lines - if you have alts, you can use any skill lines they have experience in. If not, there's another way to access a subclassing skill line.
    • Rules: 1. Must always maintain one skill line of original class. 2. Can only use 1 subclass skill line from another class at a time. So you can't be a warden and use two skill lines from templar. You can be a warden and use one line from templar and one from necromancer (for example).
    • It's NOT a class change - the only thing you can do is subclass skill lines.
    • Fully-integrated with the armory.
    • Can respec to add/remove skill lines - using respec scroll, shrines.

    Subclassing:

Downside to subclassing - subclass skill lines - will cost 2 skill points instead of 1. Will gain experience slower.

Skill line progression will be account-wide.

You must own a class to have access to its skill lines. So if you don't own the arcanist, you can't us arcanist skills.

    Vengeance campaign:

Bottom line: A successful test. Set a record for the number of players in Cyrodiil ever.

    Update 46 base game features:

    - console add-ons will be live - will work how Bethesda games do it
    - PS5 Pro support
    - 3 new houses - two in Solstice, one in Blackwood - not will will be available right away
    - Stackable master writs (finally! lol) - so will only ever have at most 7 master writs in the inventory, BUT only works for new master writs. Won't work for those already in your inventory. This involves new tech, so might lead to stacking of other items in the future.
    - Furnishing vault!!!!!!!

Furnishing vault - doesn't work exactly like the craft bag.

It can take 500 unique items, but they can stack. So if you have a bunch of the same chair, it will only take up one slot and can stack up to 1000.

Can pull things directly out and put things directly in as part of the housing editor.

    It's account-wide storage.

    An ESO+ perk.

Stuck in combat bug is being worked on.

Other stuff in Firor's letter that wasn't mentioned - still being worked on.

Overland difficulty is in early stages. It will be OPT-IN. Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reminder that 2025 is a transitional year for ESO.

Sounds like exciting stuff is coming down the pipe.

Thanks to the ZOS team. I whine, I complain, but this is the best MMO going. Keep up the good work!!

Yeah, everything I am hearing (with one exception) sounds very interesting and I can't wait to get it.

The main thing I am afraid of is the whole seasons content, and eso+. If ESO+ gets it per normal (ie after a year has passed), then fine, though I am not fond of the idea that there will be one time rewards for going through it shortly after the time of release. But, I can handle that.

If it doesn't get it though, requiring me to purchase it separately, then it might mean the end for me (of playing ESO). I decided to get plus, with the idea that I would eventually get access to the full content available. Not right away, but I can handle it, but eventually. If that goes away, then so does my main reason for getting plus.

    Also hi all

Why do they even make it where the number of redeemable codes is finite, but then say there's plenty for everyone? Is it just a marketing scheme? Make something appear exclusive to entice engagement?

I agree that including the furnishing vault as part of ESO+ doesn't make up for making ESO+ subscribers pay the same price for the content pass when they're getting much less for their money.

I'll be reevaluating my sub because of this. I'm not into housing, so the furnishing vault doesn't make up for having to pay for content I already have access to.

I want to be into housing, so the furnishing vault is very interesting to me, and welcome, but, even so, it doesnt' make up for the loss of content I would have normally gotten, if that is the way it is going now.

As said in other threads, we can use unused houses for furnishing vaults, so while it is nice (as it means I won't have to go between various houses, once I run out of space in one and have to start storing in another), I already have that functionality in a way.
