Does anybody have a feeling they want to play sword and shield, but want to be able to use Magicka? The scepter and shield which is a variant of the one handed staff and shield is very popular archetype in a lot of fantasy. The fact we do not have access to such a combination is kind of surprising. Hence I suggest that the developers create this combination.

Weapon Abilities

DEPORT: for 2s - you enter a block stance, if an attack hits you within that moment- you teleport behind the enemy, and shove them 40m from you in the opposite direction. [copy the vampires execute teleport where you move behind the target, and add the rest]. Deals 4K magicka

DETONATE: [works with soul magic, pscyjic order, mages guild, and fire/ice/poison and similar effects]. You smack the enemy in the face with your scepter, causing the effects on the opponent to explode instantly doing 33% of the damage they would done.
**** idea here is to all you to stack effects, and blow them up repeatedly in groups.

BARRIER: You can not move, you automatically block projectiles in a 5m circle around you, and absorb their damage- the damage is exploded at 33% value as a heal, max value of 20K

BLINK: You teleport 20m towards a target, and emerge out of the air, you smack the enemy in the face with a magicka explosion. (3000 magicka).

BLAST: You hit an enemy with your scepter and shield, doing 1000 magicka and 1000 physical damage [physical only if enemy is within martial range].


ULTIMATE: BLADE STORM: YOU summon a swarm of scepters floating around you, they rapidly shoot [BLAST] at enemy your attacking, [ultimate cost of 70], max damage of 15K.
