53 minute penalty? Rly ZOS?

I was in a vet dungeon and 2 players left, I didn't want to do dungeon as 2. I left the dungeon and got a 53 minute penalty

i've had that happen before. i think the 60 minute lockout is a bug of some kind.

Good news: that penalty is only character-specific; if you switch to a different character, you can keep doing random dungeons.

This doesn't happen often, but it has been happening forever.

yea it's weird a system even exists to give a 60 min lockout when normally it's 15min only even if you were to leave something immediately. clarification on if the 60 min lockout is a legitimate thing would be nice.
