Pulsar vs Lightning Flood for AoE

What puts out better AoE DPS in dungeons Pulsar or Lightning Flood? Trying to see what to slot on my bars

Lightning Flood isnt spammable, Pulsar is.

however you can point lighting flood at tank or in an group of enemy players, pulsar only work if they surround you.
I think pulsar works best if you farm or is a tank, lighting flood is for ranged attacks in dungeons or pvp,

Lighting flood is meh...
If you feel the need to slot a distant AOE replace it with Fire/Volcanic rune (mage guild) first chance you get.
