Series of bugs after Maintenance.

Here is what's been happening to me after the downtime and whatever updates were done last night.
If I use a 150% XP scroll, the grand ones, while at a dolmen I get booted from the game.
When I log back in all of my control keybindings are reset and I must reallocate them.
Minor rubber banding followed by near one minute lag spikes.
Several bosses not dropping event boxes. The purple ones. This was happening in many locations with multiple bosses.
Quests not dropping event boxes. Various daily quests weren't dropping them.
No, the issue is not with my net. Already tested that out. Just thought these should be mentioned.
