Queen Ayrenn's Diamond Gown messed up feet/shoes?

Hello,
Queen Ayrenn's Diamond Gown is so beautiful, but the (I assume?) normal maps are messed up on the feet and shoes. They make the whole thing look like an amateur project
The toes look like giant sausages and the soles of the sandals look like aluminium. Can this be fixed please? Especially considering it's a paid item?

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭✭It's been 7 months since the bug's been officially acknowledged, and I really hope we get a fix soon. I have the dress in my collections but have been waiting patiently for a fix, so I may finally show off this beautiful gown swishing elegantly around my character's delicately pedicured feet.0
