Question about Jubilee Purple Boxes

Does anyone know or suspect that there are things we can get in the purple boxes that may be on cooldowns? Like, if a furnishing plan, or a style page, etc. drops from the box, should we wait a certain amount of time to open another one?

    I got two motifs within 5 seconds, if that helps...
    It's a tradition, or an old charter, or something...

    Afaik there aren't any cooldowns on the loot that can drop out of the Purple boxes, but I could be wrong. I've gotten back to back things like Motif chapters, furnishing Blueprints, gold mats, so I don't believe anything that might usually be on a cooldown is when it drops from these.

    For that matter, do we know if the box contents are determined when the box drops, or when it is opened? ZOS usually warn us about opening boxes after an event ends, if it is the latter.

    Pretty sure it rolls when opened.
